11月啦, 真係好撞鬼, 時間真係過得好快呀, 不知不覺差唔多去到年尾啦
今日哩個餸, 真係好好味, 好多人怕啲急凍蜆肉會好腥,
其實唔需要怕, 解好凍後, 先用啲生粉擦勻, 再放係一碗清水入面洗乾淨就得, 唔好沖水喎, 會沖走晒啲鮮味呀
加薯仔配白汁真係唔錯, 而且會令成個餸飽肚好多, 大家記得要試吓啦
