今日哩個餸, 真係好好味, 好多人怕啲急凍蜆肉會好腥, onion2064.gif image by tonytsang_emotion其實唔需要怕, 解好凍後, 先用啲生粉擦勻, 再放係一碗清水入面洗乾淨就得, 唔好沖水喎, 會沖走晒啲鮮味呀
